Create Free Account
Sign up free. Choose your @mywriters.life email. Set your password.

Write a Script
Click "Create" > "Blank Script" or use a template. Use CHARACTER: Dialogue format.

Assign Voices
Go to Cast page. Pick a voice for each character from 42 options.

Hit Play
Click Play and hear your entire script read with different voices per character.

Voice & Playback
- Assign voices on Cast or Play page
- 42 voices: US, UK, AU, IN, CA, FR, DE, ES, IT, JP, CN, AR
- Click any line to play from there
- Recordings override TTS automatically
- Filter by character to record one role
- Use Test button to preview voices
AI Assistant
- Click AI in script nav
- Brainstorm — chat about your story
- Improve Dialogue — get 3 better versions
- Generate Scene — describe it, AI writes it
- Script Doctor — full script review
- Beat Sheet — story structure outline
Storyboard
- Click Storyboard in script nav
- Add Frame — set shot type, transition, notes
- AI Image — describe a shot, get an image
- AI Breakdown — auto-generate all frames
- 16 shot types, 10 transitions
- Camera movement & audio notes per frame
Video Auditions
- Go to Auditions from the nav menu
- Click New Audition, enter sides + email
- Talent gets a one-time recording link
- They record on camera in the browser
- Review video, rate 1-5 stars, add tags
- Filter by Callback, Shortlisted, Top Pick
Collaboration
- Share scripts with other writers (editor/viewer)
- Real-time editing — multiple writers type at once
- See who's editing with a live indicator
- Leave comments on specific lines
- Send messages to cast and collaborators
- Upload attachments (images, documents)
Contracts
- Go to Contracts from the nav menu
- Choose from 7 templates (NDA, WFH, etc.)
- Or create your own custom template
- Send by email — recipient signs via secure link
- Track status: pending, signed, declined
- Save drafts, edit, and resend reminders

Document Storage
- Go to Scripts > Documents in nav
- Upload files up to 25MB each
- Organize into folders
- Rename, move, and add notes
- Images, PDFs, docs, audio, video, zip
- Download or delete anytime
Production Budget
- Click Budget in script nav bar
- Add items: category, description, amount
- 12 categories (Talent, Crew, Equipment...)
- Set as estimated or actual
- Check the box to mark paid
- See progress bar and category breakdown
